These are the .fastq sequence files output from the Illumina Genome Analyzer DNA sequencer. Sequence Information

The BY4716 strain is very close in sequence to the reference strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The reference sequence is available from the Saccharomyces Genome Databasae. The RM11-a strain was sequenced by the Broad Insitute, and the data is available at http://www.broad.mit.edu/annotation/genome/saccharomyces_cerevisiae/Home.html

Microarray Data

The array data was from the publication, Gene-Environment Interaction in Yeast Gene Expression. Erin N Smith and Leonid Kruglyak, PLoS Biol. 2008 April; 6(4): e83. The array data is available from GEO as GSE9376.
