Welcome to the web page for Maitreya Dunham's lab. We work on genomic analysis of experimental evolution in yeast using microarrays and the chemostat (pictured below). The lab is located in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University.

I'm very excited to announce that I'll be starting as an Assistant Professor at the University of Washington Department of Genome Sciences, starting summer 2008! I'm now accepting postdoc applications for after I move to Seattle (email me at maitreya[at]princeton[dot]edu).

September 2007 update: microarray protocols are now up-to-date for the new Agilent 4x44k arrays.
