Equipment Scheduling
The "Google Calendar " buttons above will bring you to the LOGIN page. If you don't already have a Google account, CREATE ONE
with an email address you want all notifications to go to.( princeton, gmail, etc.)
When you have an account set up, EMAIL DSTORTON@PRINCETON.EDU OR JBUCKLES@PRINCETON.EDU
with your login address, and we will grant permissions to the calendar you want to access.
Once you are added, after you log in, you will be prompted to ADD calendars to your list ( ie, the ones you want to access!) Click OK!
Select the "Create Event " link at the top left, under the calendar line pick the appropriate calendar, then select fill in the deteails of what, when, and your account # in the description.
To cancel your own event, login and create an event called "CANCELLED" for the same time slot.
