We currently provide Bioanalyzer training for DNA, RNA, and small RNA chips. Training for DNA chips takes place on the first Tuesday of every month at 10:30, RNA chips are on the second Tuesday at 10:30, and small RNA chips are on the third Tuesday at 10:30. There are four spots available for any training session, if you wish to join, please email Jessica at jbuckles@genomics.princeton.edu.
Agilent or Spotted Arrays
Array training includes experiment consultation with Donna Storton and sample prep, hybridization, scanning, and feature extraction with Jessica Buckles. Please contact us appropriately to schedule appointments as needed.
Affymetrix
Affymetrix training includes an introduction to instrumentation and shadowing a current user during a run. Please email Donna to schedule a session at dstorton@princeton.edu
ABI 7900 HT
Training for the ABI 7900 HT is provided by scheduling an appointment with Donna or Jessica, please email one of us a week before you wish to use the ABI.
Biomek
Training for the biomek is on held at 1:30pm on the following dates: January 8, 2008 and March 11, 2008. Please email Donna Storton at dstorton@princeton.edu if you are interested in attending.
Nanodrop
Nanodrop training takes 10 minutes and can be done at anytime. Please email Jessica to scheduling training for the nanodrop at jbuckles@genomics.princeton.edu.
