*** Download NetGrep 2.0 ***
Use this version if you are running Java 1.6 on Windows.

*** Download NetGrep 1.0 ***
Use this version if you are running MacOS, Ubuntu Linux, or Java 1.5 on Windows.


Instructions for downloading and running NetGrep:
  Step #1: Download and unzip all files into a directory.
             [Note that all files must be unzipped for NetGrep to work]
  Step #2:
        Option 1: Browse to the directory from step #1 and double-click the file 'netgrep.jar'.
        Option 2: Open a new Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (MacOS, Linux),
              'cd' to the directory from step #1, and type 'java -jar netgrep.jar'.

Instructions for using NetGrep as a Cytoscape plugin: (NetGrep 2.0 only)
  Step #1: Download and unzip all files into the directory in which Cytoscape is installed.
             [Note that all files must be unzipped for NetGrep to work]
  Step #2: Move the file 'netgrep.jar' into the Cytoscape 'plugins' directory.
