My Work:
My work focuses on the design and implementation of computational, statistical and informatics methods for the genomics and chemistry fields.
I am currently working to describe the relationship between gene expression and certain epigenetic features specifically in the context of cell differentiation (part of ENCODE). Additionally, as part of a large-scale clinical study (Gluegrant), I am developing novel methods to search for patterns in high dimensional datasets. More specifically, gene expression changes occuring as a result of inflammation due to trauma.
